At Feels By Youss, each artwork is created with passion and produced to order with the highest quality standards. Because every print is made uniquely for you, our returns and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of our creative process.

Print‑On‑Demand Fine Art Orders

All prints are custom‑made once your order is placed. For this reason, we can only offer replacements in the following situations:

  • Printing defects
  • Incorrect item delivered

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: contact@feelsbyyouss.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request a photo of the problem. If confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

Because each artwork is produced individually, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference or size changes after order is printed (normally completed with first 24 hours of order being placed - Monday-Friday 9am - 4pm). We kindly ask that you double‑check your order details before completing your purchase.

Lost Packages

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, we’ll investigate with the courier. Once confirmed as lost, we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
